
This role focuses on Level 1 (L1) application support and development activities within a cloud-based environment. Responsibilities include working with basic knowledge of API Gateway integrations, S3 bucket management, data analysis using RDBMS, EC2 instances, and basic Linux commands to ensure application availability, performance, and reliability. The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience.
JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Level 1 (L1) application support, including troubleshooting and debugging issues.
Possess basic knowledge of Python used for application functionality, automation, and defect resolution.
Coordinate with L2 teams, Business Units (BU), Infrastructure, and Database Administrators as required.
Have basic AWS knowledge to monitor applications, identify and resolve issues, and support basic cloud operations.
Work cross‑functionally with Infrastructure, DevOps, L2, and other technical teams to address environment‑related issues and follow provided instructions.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during application failures and service restarts.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor/Master/Engineering degree in IT/Computer Science/software engineering or relevant field
