The Job
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and support of all mechanical/electrical antenna facilities in the Hong Kong Earth Stations, will also be required to support service assurance activities and new installations.
Requirements
Higher Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline plus a minimum of 1 year in mechanic engineering experience,
Hands on experience for servicing and repairing heavy mechanical and electrical components,
Well Trained and experience with hand and machine tools used in the repair of mechanical/electrical equipment,
Experience in rigging,
Knowledge and experience in corrosion prevention and welding,
Confidence in working outdoors at heights and standby duty after office hour for emergency callout,
Required to report for work or remain on duty when Typhoon or Rainstorm Warning is in force, and
Holder of valid Grade A Certificate in Electrical Worker and HK driving license class 2 will be an advantage.
