Main Responsibilities:

Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing electrical products to required specifications, qualities, and costs. This role involves product design, sales support as well as production support aspects and will collaborate with other engineers and with other functions to ensure delivering products with quality, supporting customers and executing projects.

• Define product specification and design product that meets market needs, target specifications, costs, and quality.
• Perform engineering tasks in accordance with Moog's standard engineering processes, documentation, and project management process.
• Keeps abreast of technology trends and new technologies, propose and designs solutions that meet customer needs.
• Communicate closely with customers and sales teams to clarify product design specifications.
• Work with respective operation departments to ensure that product cost is optimized in the design.
• Conduct product evaluation testing and compile technical reports.
• Lead product development and design projects.
• Compiles technical information necessary for product manufacturing and provides support to the operations department.
• Design manufacturing and test equipment based on the needs specified with operation department.
• Investigate technical details and work toward resolution of claim handling with customers and manufacturing defects.
• Liaise with MOOG global colleagues to ensure close collaboration.
• Conduct other duties as assigned for business benefit.

電気設計エンジニアは、要求仕様、品質、およびコストに基づいて油圧および電気製品の設計と開発を担当する。役割には、製品設計、販売サポート、および生産サポートの側面が含まれ、他のエンジニアや他部門と協力して、品質の高い製品の提供、顧客サポート、ならびにプロジェクトの実行に関わる。

• 製品仕様を定義し、市場のニーズ、目標仕様、コスト、および品質を満たす製品（サーボ弁、油圧アクチュエータ、各種油圧機器、電動アクチュエータ、制御機器）を設計する。
• エンジニアリングツールや文書作成、プロジェクト管理など、ムーグの標準プロセスに従ってエンジニアリング業務を実施する。
• 技術動向や新技術を把握し、顧客の課題を解決しニーズを満たす製品を提案・設計する。
• 顧客や営業チームと密にコミュニケーションをとり、製品設計の仕様を明確にする。
• 各オペレーション部門と協力して製品コストが最適となるような設計を行う。
• 製品の評価試験を実施し、技術報告をまとめる。
• 製品開発・設計プロジェクトをリードする。
• 製品製造に必要な技術情報をまとめるとともに、オペレーション部門のサポートを行う。
• オペレーション部門のニーズに基づき、製造装置および試験装置の設計を行う。
• 客先不具合や製造不具合発生時に、技術的な内容の調査ならびに解決に向けた活動を行う。
• MOOGのグローバルな同僚と連絡を取り合い、緊密な連携を図る。
• その他ビジネスの利益のためにアサインされた業務を行う。
