About The Role
We are seeking an Engineer I for our Quality Department, who will actively participate in the continuous improvement of products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards through data analysis, audits, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Analyze nonconformities, failed materials, or returns, proposing corrective actions.
• Evaluate statistical performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate in the management of nonconforming product and the definition of disposition.
• Apply concepts of process variation (common and special causes).
• Support the evaluation of suppliers and materials from a quality perspective.
• Work collaboratively with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in roles related to Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of quality tools and data analysis.
• Intermediate English (reading technical documentation and basic communication).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in internal audits or root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
