
Engineer - Plant Engineering
Full-time, 7:00a-3:30p M-F, every 5th weekend and rotating holidays
The Engineer role represents a mid-level position within our Facilities Engineering Department. This position demands a higher level of expertise and experience in various maintenance areas, including advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Under the guidance of the Engineering leadership, the Engineer III ensures that our healthcare system's infrastructure operates at peak efficiency and meets all necessary regulations and standards. This role places patient care and infection control standards as a top priority, integrating these standards into all activities. The role may require working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in situations of emergency. All roles within the Engineering department are required to adopt and utilize the CMMS work order system to effectively communicate across the organization and manage activities and assets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an engineering, facilities maintenance, or related role required.
