THE JOB:

As a Facilities Engineer at Beau Rivage, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and overall appearance of the property. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment while supporting the daily operations of the Facilities team. Through your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to service, you will help create a seamless guest experience and contribute to the exceptional standards Beau Rivage is known for.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.62 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• Swing Shift | Full Time

• 3:00pm – 11:00pm

• Off | Wednesday & Thursday

• Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain and repair equipment related to boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, generators, and other mechanical systems powered by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, or water

• Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of systems and equipment

• Complete assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections, identifying and resolving maintenance concerns proactively

• Provide technical and operational support to the Facilities team as directed by department leadership

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence at all times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED

• Exhibits experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, or a related technical field

• Knowledgeable of hand power tools

• Able to work from blueprints and schematics

• Takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient operations
