PRIMARY PURPOSE:

主要目的

负责厂房土建以及装修项目的制定和实施；确保项目的安全、质量和交付时间达到甚至超过预期，设备设施按计划进行维保，以支持公司的长期发展

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:职责

1. 协助主管制定年度工程和设备设施维保计划以及工程和维保预算编制
2. 根据使用单位需求和现场实际情况制定机电、机电工程施工方案，编制施工图纸和招标文件，经内部审核后跟进招标过程
3. 负责工程方案的执行，监督施工过程和整理项目管理资料，确保项目的安全、质量和交付时间达到甚至超过预期。负责要机电设备的节能改造，促进公司节能降耗
4. 建立机电内部施工标准并与其他工程师共享，包括材料和施工工艺标准；与其他工程师合作，支持重大项目的实施
5. 制定和执行机电设备设施的维保计划，编制和更新相关设备设施的操作、维保和点检规程，培训维修电工相应设备设施的操作和点检
6. 与供应商沟通、解决项目中遇到的问题；组织对供应商的培训
7. 遵守公司环保、安全（含信息安全）、职业健康和质量管理规定和要求

REQUIREMENTS:任职要求

本科以上学历，机电/电气工程专业或相关专业

5年以上机电或机电工作经验

良好的沟通能力

熟练工程项目管理流程，丰富的机电设备维保经验

擅长CAD软件绘图和办公软件，熟悉机电空调和水电线管规范要求

愿意接受公司文化，具有良好的学习意愿
