• Exposure to automotive ECUs, AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication, diagnostics, bootloaders, or model-based development is preferred but not required.
• Basic awareness of cybersecurity concepts such as authentication, encryption, secure communication, secure boot, software updates, or key management is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn embedded software development, automotive engineering practices, and project-specific tools and processes.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, ask questions, follow technical direction, and complete assigned tasks with guidance.
• Familiarity with Jira, Polarion, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar engineering lifecycle and configuration management tools is a plus.
• Awareness of ASPICE, ISO 26262, or ISO/SAE 21434 is preferred but not required.
