Job Description

Project Overview:

  • Support Hootsuite/ Talkwalker's Clients.

Project is primarily platform implementation, onboarding and training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical support to connect the platform based on Hootsuite/Talkwalker˜s Client's needs.
  • Hootsuite and Talkwalker platform configuration (including dashboards, queries, filters etc).
  • Training support during platform deployment.
  • Supporting social listening efforts for Clients as needed as per Talkwalker's instructions.

Qualifications

Must have Skills: Client Interaction (Expert), Spanish, English.
