职位概述 Design and develop progressive stamping dies to support new product development and manufacturing operations. Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to ensure tooling feasibility, manufacturability, quality, and on-time project delivery. 负责连续冲压模具的设计与开发，支持新产品开发及制造运营。与跨职能工程团队及供应商紧密合作，确保模具设计的可制造性、可行性、质量及项目按时交付。 Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责 1.Participate in product design reviews to understand stamping requirements and manufacturing feasibility. 参与产品设计评审，了解冲压工艺要求并评估制造可行性。 2.Work with tooling and process engineering teams to develop die design concepts. 与工装和工艺工程团队合作，制定模具设计方案。 3.Design new stamping dies and prepare detailed CAD drawings and engineering documentation. 负责新冲压模具设计，并输出相关CAD图纸及工程技术文件。 4.Ensure manufacturability and technical feasibility of new die designs. 确保新模具设计满足生产制造和技术可行性要求。 5.Lead die tryout, debugging, optimization and qualification activities until production approval. 主导试模、调模、优化及验收工作，直至达到量产标准。 6.Support tooling transfer projects from other business units or manufacturing sites. 支持集团内部或其他工厂模具转移项目。 7.Follow Product Development Procedures and ensure tooling development milestones are achieved on schedule. 严格按照产品开发流程执行，确保工装开发按计划推进。 8.Develop and implement new technologies related to stamping die design and manufacturing. 推动冲压模具相关新技术开发与应用。 9.Protect company intellectual property and confidential technical information. 保护公司知识产权及技术机密。 10.Maintain good workplace discipline, safety awareness and 7S standards. 维护良好的工作纪律、安全意识及7S管理要求。 11.Plan and manage workload effectively to comply with working-hour and EICC requirements. 合理规划工作安排，满足工时管理和EICC规范要求。 12.Support Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives and continuous improvement activities. 支持全面质量管理（TQM）及持续改善活动。 13.Participate in training programs and actively report Learning & Ethics (L&E) concerns when necessary. 参与相关培训，并积极报告违规或不当行为。 14.Carry out additional assignments as requested by management. 完成主管安排的其他工作任务。 Requirements 职位要求 1.Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling Design or related disciplines. 机械工程、模具设计或相关专业大专及以上学历。 2.6+ years of connector stamping die design experience. 6年以上连接器冲压模具设计经验。 3.Experience with AutoCAD, NX and OSDD software. 熟练使用AutoCAD、NX及OSDD相关软件。 4.Hands-on die debugging and troubleshooting experience. 具备丰富的试模、调模及问题分析经验。 5.Willingness to travel for tooling progress monitoring. 能接受出差跟踪模具开发进度。 6.Project management capability is preferred. 具备项目管理能力者优先。 7.Strong communication and teamwork skills. 良好的沟通协调及团队合作能力。
