Extensive experience from physical vapor deposition thin film processing, preferably involving large area sputtering processes.
Extensive knowledge within the field of sputter deposition techniques.
Knowledge in semiconductor device physics and electrical as well as materials characterization methods, with experience from solar cell applications.
Experience from statistical process analysis, preferably using JMP and preferably within an R&D setting.
Skills and hands-on experience in execution of experiments in laboratory or manufacturing environment.
Ability and willingness to work hands-on with deposition tools.
Ability to make and execute detailed plans to achieve objectives with strong sense of ownership.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Agile way of working, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate uncertainty in a dynamic R&D setting.
Solution-focused attitude, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving practical, results-oriented outcomes.
Good communication skills across organizations.
