Hotel Maintenance Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and general repairs as needed
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and supplies
• Partner with housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve guest concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Previous maintenance or engineering experience preferred
• Hotel maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and supplies when necessary
