BangkokWe are looking for a motivated Engineer work as KPI Data Analyst to join our Network Quality Management team. This role focuses on analyzing network performance and service quality data and customer experience metrics to support data-driven decision-making and improve service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze and report MBB/FBB Network Quality KPI and Service Quality that connected via MBB and FBB network such as MBB/FBB Coverage, MBB/FBB OOKLA Speed Test result, Video Streaming Quality KPIs, Web browsing Quality KPIs, VDO conference KPIs, Voice Quality KPIs, Latency KPIs, etc.

• Design and define suitable MBB/FBB Network and Service Quality KPIs.

• Collaborate/Coordinate and follow up tasks with operation team for MBB/FBB KPI improvement as mentioned above

• Co-operate with vendors such as Huawei, ZTE,OOKLA, or other third-party team for data definition, formula,methodologyof crowdsourcing data andmaintainfor KPI calculation, KPIs improvement method or solution.

• Analyze and Visualize data related to MBB/FBB KPI for supporting operation team.

• Join indata analytic projects asKPIData analyst.

• Do the specialprojectas requestedsuch as Latencymonitoring and analysis,FBB test tool administrationmanagement, FBBtest tool setup

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• 0–3 years of experience as a Data Anaylst in MBB and FBB technology knowledge

• Knowledge and skill of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Scala.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with data quality and integrity tools and techniques is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of data security and privacy practices.

• Self-motivated with a passion for data and a proactive attitude.
