Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • DVP Robustness: Validate designs for long-term reliability under diverse conditions.
  • Release New Testing Standards: Develop and implement updated testing protocols.
  • Develop New Test Methods: Innovate methods for evaluating product reliability.
  • Field Failure Analysis: Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Field-to-Lab Correlation: Establish accurate field and lab performance links.
  • Prepare DFMEA: Identify and mitigate design failure risks systematically.
  • CFT Collaboration: Work in cross-functional teams for aligned problem-solving.
  • CFT Meetings: Lead discussions to address reliability concerns and decisions.

Experience

3 to 6 Years

Industry Preferred

Farm Machines, Automotive, Comercial Vehicle, Tier1 Automotive/Farm/Commercial Vehicle Suppliers

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech

Documentation - Create New Test procedures & Release as Standards
Data Analysis: Analyze field/Lab data to identify trends and potential issues
