Configuración y follow up a la entrada de órdenes a través del sistema SAP, asegurando la alineación e la capacidad con los compromisos al cliente para asegurar el correcto abastecimiento de los materiales y el On Time Delivery.
¿Como lo vas hacer?
Creación de sales orders en SAP, con base en los requerimientos del cliente, así como asignación de fecha de entrega con base en la capacidad. Gestión de los diferentes pasos para la liberación del BOM de materiales, coordinando la interacción de las diferentes áreas involucradas (Ingeniería, Compras, Almacén, Planeación).
Generación de reportes y KPIs: Entrada de Órdenes, P1s, Prebom follow Up.
P1, Pre BOM y Final BOM follow up.
Capacity to order follow up, gestion de cambios a nuevas órdenes, comunicación constante con Order Management con el objetivo de mantener las fechas compromiso integras.
Soporte en la creación y seguimiento del Forecast a largo plazo, mantenimiento a FATOs, teniendo una interacción Interplanta y con el equipo de Compras. Liberación de leadtimes actualizados acorde a la capacidad de la planta, considerando la interacción con el equipo de CI para obtener la información correcta en cuellos de botella y tiempo de manufactura.
Soporte para la creación de work centers, resources y consumos en SAP para el mejor control de la capacidad y los programas de producción.
