This position requires broad knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, unit turns, apartment repairs, preventive maintenance (PM's), floor care and general property maintenance tasks.

The Engineer is responsible for working independently as well as participating in team initiatives to execute assignments by site leadership. Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $26.99 - $30.87 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
