About the Role

Your focus as Sales Operations Manager will be to ensure that the sales development teams we operate for our customers are supported with the best possible processes and systems, and that our customers receive accurate reporting and insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of our sales tooling which includes B2B data providers (e.g. Clay, Cognism), CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platform (Salesloft) - ensuring that they are correctly integrated, configured and managed
  • Managing the process of B2B data acquisition, list cleaning and consolidation
  • Owning and refining our end to end client and internal reporting processes (Google Sheets)
  • Ad-hoc projects to improve our systems and processes through automation and the adoption of AI

We're not looking for someone with hardcore coding skills, but rather someone who has a love of process, systems and automation. As part of your onboarding we'll ensure you get the necessary mentorship, training and certifications to operate successfully in this role.

Requirements

You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (you must have done first year maths at university)
  • 5+ years work experience
  • Demonstrated interest in the world of FinTech, SaaS and Startups
  • You have a passion for process efficiency and strong attention to detail
  • Expert level Excel / Google Sheets skills - cleaning, manipulating, analysing data using advanced functions
  • Data analysis & reporting skills - using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho Sales or another CRM system
  • Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate

Any experience or exposure to CRMs like salesforce, or B2B sales processes would be a major advantage.
