Description

Responsible for manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with Kautex standards.Coordinate launch activities, including design, build, commissioning, and modification of production lines.Develop and maintain process documentation, including Flow Charts and Work Instructions.Participate in design reviews and drawing reviews to ensure manufacturability and process readiness.Lead successful equipment sampling and product launch activities, including project timing and action follow-up.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to injection molding, welding, assembly, and testing processes.Plan and manage plant capacity and capital expenditure (CAPEX) for new projects and process improvements.Support supplier selection and process equipment sourcing while ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949 requirements

Qualifications

Technical apprenticeship or comparable educationWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing PrinciplesUnderstanding of production and program based schedulesRisk Management / FMEA / flow chart/ WIGood command of primary language of plant is mandatoryEnglish language skills would be beneficial
