The Impact You'll Make

As an Engineer, you will play a key role in developing innovative hydraulic products that deliver value to customers while meeting the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Working within a collaborative product development environment, you will contribute to both new product development and product enhancement initiatives, helping bring robust engineering solutions from concept through validation and launch.

Your expertise in hydraulic systems, product testing, and design validation will help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers, you will drive continuous improvement, solve complex engineering challenges, and contribute to the development of future-focused technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead smaller product development projects and contribute to larger development programs, delivering innovative, compliant, and customer-focused hydraulic solutions.
• Support internal teams, suppliers, and customers by providing technical expertise, coordinating prototype activities, and driving product testing and validation to ensure successful product performance.
• Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle, maintaining clear and effective communication to support timely decision-making.
• Apply engineering tools, simulation methods, and DFSS methodologies including P-Diagram, DFMEA, Risk Management, and DVPR to improve product performance, quality, and design predictability.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, contribute to intellectual property development, and share technical knowledge to support continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 6 to 7 years of experience in the hydraulic industry, including hands-on experience in product testing and validation. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies, including FMEA, DVPR, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D.
• Solid understanding of engineering standards (EN, SAE, ISO), GD&T principles, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering design review processes.
• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and engineering change management processes, including execution of engineering changes through Teamcenter.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
