As an Engineer, your expertise in maintaining and repairing physical plant systems, buildings, and equipment ensures our campus operates efficiently - creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure consistent and reliable environmental control.
  • Services and troubleshoots refrigeration systems and related accessories.
  • Repairs and calibrates pneumatic and electronic equipment and temperature control systems.
  • Maintains and tests emergency electrical systems to ensure readiness during power outages.
  • Installs, maintains, and repairs locks and door hardware.
  • Performs routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems throughout the facility.
  • Tests, inspects, and repairs fire safety equipment, including alarms and sprinkler systems.
  • Maintains and services patient care equipment to support safe and effective clinical operations.
  • Conducts day-to-day running repairs to support the continuous and safe operation of hospital services.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed courses in apprenticeship program for journeyman engineer.

Experience:

  • Four years minimum experience.
  • Knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation.

Licensure

  • Current valid applicable state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.

Pay Range

USD $47.13 - USD $47.13 /Hr.
