ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible OEM Customer Projects on localization and developing metal material, structure component, core components, Component integration, process technology (welding, quenching, chrome plating etc) Reports to (role):

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• NTI projects introduce to China, Support the application engineering for quotation, maintenance for metal material, structure component.
• Develop these material & components as projects timing.
• Troubleshooting and failure problem solving on these material & components.
• Support supplier development, supply the technical support to supplier.
• Drive design, design change technical review and release prints; Create or update the design rule, spec, DFMEA.
• Follow Global components ECM change, replicate into TEN China system.
• Finish material/component PPAP approval according project timing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years working experience in product technical engineering function in automotive industry (shock absorber manufacturing process advantage).
• Component development experience, Supplier support experience
• Independent advancement of individual tasks, able to withstand strong work pressure
• Above and bachelor’s degree with metal material, automotive or mechanical background.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
