Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per targets.
Ensure smooth operation of all battery manufacturing processes including:
Grid casting
Pasting
Curing & drying
Plate formation
Assembly (strap welding, COS, intercell welding)
Acid filling & finishing
Monitor production output vs plan and take corrective actions.
