Job Description

Job Identification

We are looking for a Logistics Engineer in Namangan, Uzbekistan

What We Expect

  • Analyze logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including automation, digitalization, and routing optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs such as OTIF, OTIL, Delivery Cost, Productivity, and Lead Time.
  • Prepare business cases, analytical reports, and presentations for management decision-making.
  • Work with systems such as SAP, WMS/TMS, Excel, and Power BI to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
  • Lead and support logistics improvement projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and planned outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional logistics processes between warehouse, transport, production, and commercial teams.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply modern analytical and digital tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in HSSE, quality, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations analysis, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of logistics KPIs and process optimization techniques.
  • Experience with SAP, WMS/TMS systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Languages: English (intermediate), Russian (intermediate), Uzbek.
