In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical tasks of service and resource coordination, project management, and overall execution. What you will do:
- Implement long and medium-term planning and design as part of the Infrastructure and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Execute short-term planning, service, and resource engineering assignments.
- Conduct post-incident analysis within the Problem Management process.
- Supervise Network (and Service) performance management and capacity management.
- Offer support during incident restoration.
- Initiate Infrastructure Optimization and evaluate Capacity and Performance Impact Analysis.
