Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate, contract administrate, plan and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities, emergency repair, E&M modification and installation works, plant operation and fitting-out work in all stages.
• To deal with all technical enquiries raised by Landlord/Tenants and resolve all technical problems and promote satisfaction from customer.

Qualifications:

• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good computer skills (e.g. AutoCad, Microsoft Office).

Education:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mech. Eng. or related deciplines.

Experience:

• With relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance for at least 2 year. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.

Job Requirements:

• Hardworking, proactive and can work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
