Job Description

As an Engineer, you will drive data-centric initiatives, managing engineering projects and requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in mentoring new team members, developing cloud-based ETL pipelines, and applying machine learning to enhance automotive solutions. With a focus on automotive systems, you will contribute to our innovative projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR regulations.

  1. Manage engineering requirements, overseeing end-to-end project activities for efficient delivery.
  2. Develop cloud-based ETL pipelines, transforming data for analysis and engineering use cases.
  3. Develop metrics to assess data reliability, maintaining the integrity of our automotive solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  5. Stay updated with automotive system advancements, especially HV system, engine, driveline, and ATS functionality.
  6. Machine Learning expertise including modeling, related python & matlab code implementation
    1. C/C++ language competency (for legacy programs)
    2. Data collection (.MF4, .TQDM, PySpark, SQL, etc) and preparation
    3. Power BI Dashboard Building and Maintenance
  7. Cooling Circuit (TMW, 'Thermal Management Water') - Expansion Tank Pressure Curve Modeling
  1. Minimum qualification: B.E, B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
  2. Preferred: M.E, M.Tech in related fields of Data Science for advanced expertise.
  3. Hands-on experience with automotive systems, especially High Voltage system, engine, driveline, and ATS.
  4. Exposure to vehicle systems like HVAC or Brake System is advantageous.
  5. Proven experience in engineering project management and requirements handling.
  6. Proficiency in scripting: MATLAB, Python, and PySpark for data manipulation.
  7. Expertise in visualization: PowerBI, with basic knowledge of NI Diadem, Uniplot, AVL Concerto, or Canape.
  8. Experience with Databricks for cloud-based data processing and analysis.
  9. Practical ML application experience for automotive use cases.
