Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Supplier Quality Program
• Handling of Quality issues
• RTV handling
• Technical support

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or related roles in an international manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with supplier quality processes, including NCR, SCAR, and CAPA.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems; ISO auditor certification/experience is a plus.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with supplier quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 5 Whys) and structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive root cause and corrective actions.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications to support supplier quality evaluation and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.

Working Conditions

• Work in air-conditional environment at the office and production area.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and travel to supplier sites when required

Safety Requirements

All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
