Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Fully understand current process capability. Execute; improve processes simply, reliably, and efficiently. Reduce process variance. Ensure product yield achieve target.
• Saving cost by continual optimize and improve processing method, material, tooling, consumable.
• Develop new process technique. Extend process capability. Capture new part order.
• Technical problem handling and support for internal customer.

Education & Experience

• Education: BS degree in engineering or science, prefer from the mechanical/ electronics/ mechatronics/ material science
• Experience: At least 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment with a highly technical, quality oriented, high volume, light-manufacturing
  
  environment. Working experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Skill

• Experience in well-developed fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills.
• Experience in methodization and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in designing simple tools, jigs and fixture for manufacturing processes.
• Experience in using P-FMEA, SPC and other statistical methods.
• Experience in using AutoCAD.
• Ability to use English for Business Communication.
• Mandarin as the 3rd language is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Works in standard office and manufacturing environment under temp and humidity control.

Physical Requirements

• Meet the health requirement under Vietnamese labor law
