About the role:
Four Seasons at The Surf Club is seeking a dedicated and passionate engineering professional to join our team as an Engineer II. This role is essential in supporting the hotel’s operations by delivering preventive maintenance and general repair services that ensure a seamless and exceptional luxury guest experience.
What you will do:
Carry out preventive maintenance across all hotel systems and equipment
Perform general repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and internal departments
Work collaboratively with the engineering team to support daily operations
What you bring:
2–3 years of experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role
Solid knowledge of general repair and maintenance practices
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
