Maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Follow up on action items and deadlines.
Manage project documentation and filing systems.
Maintain document control logs and version tracking.
Ensure proper distribution of drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Archive project records in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Update dashboards and KPI trackers.
Maintain risk and issue logs.
