Your Role
As a Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and handling of customer complaints (including structured 8D responses)
Monitoring corrective and preventive actions
Direct interface with customers and internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, etc.)
Data analysis and monitoring of quality indicators (KPIs, PPM, Customer Scorecards)
Participation in internal and external audits (IATF 16949, customers)
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
Your profile
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
Proven professional experience is preferred.
Knowledge of languages (English) (knowledge of French will be valued).
Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and references (IATF 16949).
Experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).

Experience in Customer Quality and within an industrial environment.
