O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
Suportar a imagem da marca atuando junto as áreas de Engenharia e a rede de concessionárias
Capturar itens emergentes de campo
Atuar como interface GM e rede de concessionárias – tratativas técnicas
Suportar o desenvolvimento de soluções técnicas junto a Engenharia e Qualidade
Garantir a comunicação com as áreas internas da performance dos produtos em campo
Resolução de problemas, promovendo a execução correta dos serviços pela rede de concessionárias;
Interagir na comunidade global da GM, unificando soluções de campo
Suportar a redução dos custos de garantia com desenvolvimento de soluções práticas e inovadoras;
Monitorar performance, indicadores e tendências de garantia, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;
Aprovar processos e solicitações de garantia em conformidade com as políticas, critérios técnicos e diretrizes da GM;
Garantir o desempenho de execução das companhas de serviço (recalls)
Garantir processos globais de soluções de problema e comunicação entre áreas técnicas
Localidade: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias):
Superior completo, preferencialmente Engenharia.
Pós-graduação e MBA são desejáveis.
Inglês avançado
Possuir CNH e dirigir (mandatório)
Conhecimento técnico em reparação de veículos
Bons conhecimentos do pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais
