We are currently seeking an Engagement Operations Specialist

If you would like to join a young and high quality team that leads a central operational function within the organization, be part of a broad and professional international network, and gain professional knowledge and experience in the worlds of risk management, finance, and client engagement , We are looking for you.

The role includes:

  • Conducting initial research on companies, completing questionnaires, and preparing various documents for engagement risk analysis and presenting them to firm management
  • Preparing engagement letters with firm clients
  • Full responsibility for completing engagement processes with firm partners
  • Issuing invoices, distributing them to clients, and managing collections
  • Monitoring and controlling payments to suppliers
  • Preparing various financial reports
  • Ongoing communication with KPMG teams abroad
  • Building annual service forecasts and budget planning
  • Documenting information in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, our center is first and foremost a service oriented unit
  • High motivation for research, learning, and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly, professionalism, and initiative
  • High level verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- required
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working across multiple interfaces
  • Strong commercial orientation, with understanding and familiarity with the worlds of finance, economics, capital markets, and regulation- an advantage
  • Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or Law
