Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Analytics professional, you will drive data-driven sales strategy and performance optimization across outbound sales channels. You will analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Credit Risk, Capital, and Analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that improve funded outcomes and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of outbound sales performance to identify trends, drivers, and constraints impacting funded outcomes
  • Analyze historical and current sales performance across outbound activities, campaigns, and customer segments
  • Identify key drivers and inhibitors of conversion, efficiency, and sales productivity
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable operational and strategic recommendations tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Evaluate outbound dialing and campaign performance across populations, segments, and targeting strategies
  • Identify high- and low-performing customer segments with clear business rationale and performance insights
    Assess campaign efficiency, conversion effectiveness, capacity utilization, and opportunity costs across sales initiatives
  • Develop recommendations to improve segmentation, prioritization, targeting precision, and campaign design
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Credit Risk, Capital, Product, and Analytics teams to assess the impact of planned initiatives on eligible populations and outbound sales performance
  • Build dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and recurring performance reviews to track sales funnel health and campaign effectiveness
  • Support strategic planning through forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance modelling
  • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams in a clear and concise manner

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience in sales analytics, business analytics, strategy analytics, marketing analytics, or commercial performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience working with large datasets and solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and performance modelling
  • Experience in segmentation analysis, campaign analytics, forecasting, or sales performance optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable business insights
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leadership
  • Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced business environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Analytics
  • Master’s degree in a related quantitative or business discipline is a plus
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, outbound sales, or customer acquisition analytics domains
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
    Familiarity with sales funnel metrics, campaign management, and customer lifecycle analytics
