  • Responsible for client program Delivery management, Status reporting and Team management
  • Manage program dependencies, risks/issues, and mitigations.
  • Create project plan and define base timeline based on the known scope and dependencies
  • Identify key WBS tasks, dependencies, critical path, roles, and resources
  • Align milestones with overall program plan, review data migration plan timeline and dependencies
  • Responsible for managing offshore resources and align communication with onsite team members

- Grade Specific

Must Have:

  • 10+ years project management / project delivery with application development background
  • 5+ years working experiences with onsite/offshore delivery model
  • Solid track on medium to large scale project delviery, resource and budget management, with either Waterfall or Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong sense on issue, risk management, and proactive project quality control
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fair technical knowledge on cloud, data, and/or AI
  • Insurance producct and operation knowledge and/or experiences

Language: Japanese Native/ English basic
