Engagement Manager / Engagement Lead – Future Platforms | Housing
Onsite (4–5 Days/Week) | New York City
$180K – $250K Base + Equity

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting highly skilled Engagement Managers & Leads for a rapidly growing AI-driven real estate technology company. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this strategic client-facing leadership role.

This opportunity is ideal for operators with consulting, strategy, startup operations, or enterprise SaaS implementation experience who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building scalable systems from the ground up.

Own enterprise customer deployments from strategy through execution
Partner with leadership on AI product scaling initiatives
Build operational playbooks and scalable client processes
Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally across product, operations, and leadership

Required Qualifications:
3–8 years of consulting, strategy, startup operations, or enterprise SaaS experience
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing complex software implementations
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
Stable and consistent employment history

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in proptech, housing, or high-growth B2B SaaS
STEM or technical academic background
Experience building operational frameworks from scratch

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with unstable work history, inability to work onsite in NYC, or difficulty operating in fast-paced startup environments will not be considered.

HireNow Package:
$180K – $250K base salary + equity
Onsite in NYC (4–5 days/week)
Monthly travel may be required
