
Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven, and student-centered Engagement Manager to help shape vibrant Jewish life at Nova Southeastern University.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, Broward County, the Engagement Manager will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with Jewish students and creating opportunities for connection, leadership, learning, and community. This professional will focus on relationship-based engagement, student mentorship, and innovative programming that helps students explore and deepen their Jewish identities throughout their college experience.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly relational, and energized by working directly with students. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making Jewish life vibrant and accessible, and empowering the next generation of Jewish leaders.
