About the Role:You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers tomaximisethe value delivered by theworldslargestemail basedrisk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraudlossesand as a result, increased customer profitability.

This is achieved through a range of activities. This includes proactive analysis of accounts toidentifyimprovements,optimisingthe risk assessment to more accurately detecthigh risktransactionsand providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews.

We are looking for individuals with a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving,goodconsultingmindsetand an interest to bring value to our customers. In the roleyou’llexperience how toleveragereal-time digital identity intelligence,analysingmillions of transactions per month for some of the largest companiesoperatingin Financial Services, Insurance, e-Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customers deployment

  • Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers solution performance ismaintainedand improved

  • Performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks

  • Developing an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution. Providing business support through fraud analysis and research.

  • Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are madein a timely manner

  • Improving fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate.Utilize various data workflow management and analysis tools.


Requirements

  • Demonstrateproficiencywith languages such as SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited,etc

  • Demonstrateproficiencywith data analysis tools and processes.

  • Interestin working together with varied areas within the company and customers.

  • Showabilityanddesireto learn new processes, tools, and technologies.

  • Demonstrate good research skills andInterestin fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.

  • Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal

  • Have highly proactive nature and be wellorganisedand able toprioritisetime
