Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in enterprise SaaS, AI-driven solutions, and customer delivery programs to support high-impact client engagements within a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders — including engineering, product, architecture, and program management teams — to drive successful adoption and delivery of Agentic AI and Now Assist solutions.

This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in customer-facing environments, excels at managing complex initiatives, and is comfortable leading multiple concurrent workstreams with executive-level visibility.

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Contract Length: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Hours: Standard Business Hours

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage customer engagements end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Lead customer kickoffs, establish governance structures, set expectations, and manage ongoing communications and escalations.
  • Translate discovery sessions into clearly defined project scope, timelines, deliverables, and measurable success criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops, technical working sessions, design reviews, and validation meetings with both customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including forward deployed engineers, architects, product managers, solution managers, and program managers to ensure alignment on milestones and dependencies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, resource planning, and delivery execution to ensure successful on-time and on-budget outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting documentation, action items, and customer-facing deliverables.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Drive customer adoption, engagement success metrics, and long-term customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent governance standards, documentation practices, and operational hygiene across all engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in engagement management, program management, or project delivery within enterprise SaaS or AI-focused environments.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing implementations, transformation initiatives, or technology adoption programs.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled solutions, enterprise software delivery models, and customer success methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, architecture, and delivery organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong experience with project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and delivery reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, Agentic AI, or enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS delivery frameworks and customer implementation methodologies.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative engineering or forward deployed consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and adoption success metrics.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project/program management certifications are considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation programs within large organizations.
Education
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline.
