The Engagement Consultant is an experienced presenter with strong background in workplace pensions. The role delivers educational and informative engagement sessions to members of key workplace clients and intermediary partners. This role is central to the organisation’s member engagement strategy and aims to enhance understanding and participation in workplace pensions. Regular travel is part of this role and a full UK clean driving license is required and access to a car.
Pay range: £40,824 - £45,360
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

As an Engagement Consultant, you’ll support our member engagement strategy, helping workplace pension members better understand and engage with their pension, so they can make informed decisions about their financial future.
You’ll deliver engaging and accessible pension briefings to workplace members and intermediary partners, adapting your approach for different audiences and client needs. You’ll also create relevant, informative materials that reflect developments in the UK pensions landscape.
Working collaboratively with advisers, employers, members, and internal teams, you’ll use feedback and insight to improve our engagement content. You will also find opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand our services.
