Our National Service Centre, based in Modbury SA, is an extended hours Contact Centre that operates between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work required hours is essential.

This position is a 12 month contract created due to internal secondments as a result of parental leave.

Are you someone who:

  • Wants to help people change their lives for the better

  • Enjoys work in a fast-paced contact centre environment

  • Demonstrates a professional level of customer service to support job seekers to meet their mutual obligation requirements

  • Has proven ability to effectively manage your own time to the achievement of multiple KPI's

  • Are available to work rostered shifts of up to 8 hours, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, including non-national public holidays

Our Engagement Consultants engage with Jobseekers daily, while working closely with the front office staff to ensure that all Jobseekers are scheduled into appointments and activities in accordance with our Service Delivery Model. You are required to exercise judgement, set priorities and schedule work to meet deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Work in partnership with our network of nationally located sites, to ensure all Jobseekers are engaged with Employment Plus as per our Service Delivery Model

  • Work within a team of consultants who service inbound/outbound calls and emails on behalf of more than 80 sites nationally

  • Ours is a fast-paced environment; you will need to be able to think on your feet and be flexible with tasks, as well as being a quick learner with advanced computer (Microsoft Office) skills.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
