About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Engagement Consultant to join our Business Applications team, supporting our Short Order / BAU function.

This role is critical in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality customer engagements, following the departure of a senior consultant.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer discovery sessions and define requirements

• Design solutions across BC and other any external integrations.

• Produce high-quality Statements of Work and estimates

• Work closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery teams

• Ensure all engagements are clear, achievable, and delivery-ready

What we’re looking for

• Strong customer-facing consulting experience

• Proven track record in writing high-quality SOWs

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (BC,NAV)

• Ability to balance commercial needs with delivery realities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced BAU / Short Order environment
