【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】・Operating at a senior expert level, this role strategically partners with senior Japan brand leadership and the JP Customer Excellence Department to shape how omnichannel engagement, content operations, and AI‑enabled orchestration are leveraged to deliver business and brand outcomes.・As a senior Chapter Member for Japan within the Engagement & Orchestration INT & JP Chapter, this role is accountable for independently driving the adoption, embedding, and value realisation of global customer engagement and orchestration capabilities across Japan through Value Teams.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】（雇入れ直後）・Act as a strategic engagement partner to senior stakeholders including the Brand Teams, Market Access & Pricing and Medical Affairs.・Co-shape customer engagement strategies aligned to enterprise omnichannel and orchestration direction through key brand initiatives together with Japanese stakeholders・Support local omnichannel experts across brands (without direct reporting lines) by providing shared frameworks, standards, and expertise, while driving cross brand learning and continuous capability uplift across Japan・Support evaluation and prioritization of capability roadmap for Japan based on band impact and strategic fit・Deliver impact within Value Teams by operating as an embedded senior engagement and orchestration expert, shaping omnichannel strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring global capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes.・Represent Japan market needs, regulatory constraints, and execution realities in global capability discussions

【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】・This role operates in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, working closely with Japan brand teams, Value Teams, and global capability partners・The position is based in Tokyo, Japan and follows a hybrid working model, combining time in the office with flexibility to work from home in line with company guidelines・Regular engagement with internal and global stakeholders is required, with occasional domestic and international travel (approximately ~5%)・The role requires close interaction with digital platforms, collaboration tools, and engagement technologies to support hands‑on delivery within Value Teams

【応募要件 / Qualifications】＜必須 / Required＞Work experience:・Solid experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational enterprises, operating in global–local matrix environments with strong local market accountability・Proven experience in brand marketing and customer engagement, omnichannel strategy, content operations, and activation across multiple channels・Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior engagement expert, identifying gaps in adoption or delivery and independently driving solutions that improve impact and effectiveness・Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior business leaders (e.g. Brand Heads) at both strategic and operational levels・Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
Skills, knowledge:・Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making capability, with a track record of translating strategy into practical, high‑impact execution・Ability to synthesise and clearly communicate complex topics (e.g. omnichannel models, orchestration, AI‑enabled engagement) to senior and non‑technical stakeholders・Demonstrated success as a senior independent contributor, leading multiple initiatives, workstreams, or capability deployments in parallel・Strong capability to support and align cross‑functional teams (e.g. brands, digital, data, medical, compliance) toward shared engagement outcomes・Proven experience influencing without direct authority, including coaching experts and driving alignment across brands without reporting lines・Comfortable embedding within Value Teams to deliver hands‑on impact while maintaining an enterprise capability perspective・Fluent in English and Japanese
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞・Previous experience in omnichannel engagement design within pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or other content‑rich, highly regulated marketing environmentsDemonstrated experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives, including coaching, consulting, or advisory‑type roles that enable teams and individuals to adopt new capabilities and ways of working・ands‑on experience with marketing automation, engagement platforms, orchestration tools, and/or collaboration with external agencies in complex operating models・Advanced degree preferred, with additional experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical marketing considered a strong advantage・Experience working with oncology and/or specialty brands, including complex stakeholder, customer, and compliance considerations

【給与 / Salary】①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
