Purpose & Scope

• As an Engagement and Orchestration Expert at Astellas Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through innovative content and omnichannel campaigns.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific business challenges, ensuring that our strategies align with our mission to improve lives worldwide.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day tasks and responsibilities as defined by the Value Team’s mandate, supporting the Value Team Lead in executing the team’s strategy and objectives.
• Apply your expertise to resolve specific business challenges identified by the Value Team, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to accomplish prioritised objectives and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and maximise resources to meet brand financial and performance goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and capability building, leveraging guidance from the Chapter Lead.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or multinational corporations with global operations.
• Significant experience in content strategy, operations, and brand marketing, ideally including digital strategy and multi-channel delivery roles.
• Results-oriented individual with the ability to identify gaps in delivery and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous omnichannel design experience within FMCG or content-rich marketing industries.
• Experience in digital transformation and coaching roles that enable others to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with marketing automation technology and agency experience.
• Thought leader knowledgeable about ongoing digital innovations and content technology platforms.
• Advanced degree with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
