We are seeking to recruit an Engagement Advisor for our Growth and Investment team at County Hall Norwich.

This is a varied and busy role which combines communication and engagement activities with administrative duties to support our Growth and Investment service.
As an integral member of the Growth Hub Team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for business enquiries. You will assess the enquiries, discuss suitable support and refer over to a Business Adviser or partner organisation. In addition to talking to businesses, you will also undertake a range of administrative duties for our Norfolk and Suffolk Growth Hub team including participating in events and staff meetings.
The information provided will be recorded on our CRM system in order that we maintain an accurate and up to date history of business contact.
