Provide engineering support on field quality issues reported, providing effective solutions in the products improving the quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.
Maintain the accuracy of engineering information, update and maintain master Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering specifications.
Performed engineering test and qualification plan for product improvements.
Secure and keep agency reports for Commercial products under UL and ETL.
Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project
Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive.
Provide professional and technical assistance for troubleshooting product support and guidance.
Participate in defining technical requirements as needed.
Analyzes, researches and develops engineering specifications for product design of product to include structures, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronics, heating and ventilating, equipment and maintenance designs.
Drives improvements base on end-user experience and performs corrective actions for field issues and product testing.
Develop and test structures and/or materials and their related fabrication processes for use in engineering designs.
Plan and execute projects assigned in order to keep them as planned.

1 year working with product change implementation.
1 year as design engineer.
Knowledge in design processes and tools.
