Advanced Knowledge ofcustomerand ISO9001:2015 / IATF16949: 2016 requirements.
Advanced knowledge of CMM and Scan reporting structures and analysis.
Advanced stamping knowledge regarding B.I.W. components with understanding of how built into assembly
Advanced Knowledge in Quality systems development, QSB+, BIQS systems.
EDUCATION:
Post-secondary graduate with a degree/diploma in Quality Engineering and/or Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent work-related experience in the Quality or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 8 years in an automotive manufacturing environment with knowledge in welding, assembly, stampingprocesses.
Prior experience implementingIATF-16949procedures, APQP, PPAP submissions, GD&T, Flow Diagrams,FMEA’s ,Control Plans, Statistics, FixtureDevelopmentand independent work with tooling subcontractors.
Experience with destruct testing,measurementand metrology methods of inspection.
Experience managing suppliers and related supplier issues.
