Job Responsibilities:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to prepare, read, write, and interpret written reports, procedures,instructions,and guidelines.

  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment, processes, etc.

  • Abilityto appreciate andmaintainproperlevel of confidentiality, using discretion and tact.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Some of the physical demands of this position includesitting for prolonged periods of time, walking up and down staircases, occasional lifting, and occasional stooping and bending.Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environmenttomeet customer requirements.

EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED

Some of the equipment and tools used arecomputer,telephone, faxmachine,copierprinter, and a projector.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong project management skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues. 

  • Working knowledge of kaizen and/or lean manufacturing techniques. 

  • ProficientwithWord, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
