You will lead a small team supporting the TfNSW enforcement camera network through testing, troubleshooting, repairs, reporting, implementation and administrative activities.
You will oversee the team’s day to day operational requirements and activities, including scheduling and staff rostering as required.
This role will see you liaising with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring KPI’s and troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
You will manage system non-conformances and work with vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement efficient solutions.

Your experience as a field technician or similar, paired with your exceptional people management skills will enable you to establish growth within this division.
You bring sound knowledge and understanding of enforcement systems or relevant regulatory technology.
This role provides a hands on opportunity to guide and mentor a diverse range of service focused individuals.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience required.
Drivers licence and the ability to work outside normal hours are essential.
