FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO (FUNCIONES CLAVE)
Supervisar los planes de acción establecidos para la mejora continua de los procesos, maximizar los resultados y conseguir la excelencia en el servicio al cliente
Realizar/participar activamente en las funciones operativas que, por su complejidad, volumen, importe o bien por tratarse de operaciones o clientes especiales, requieren de un nivel de autonomía y conocimiento superior al de técnicos.
